What Is Share The Care?

Share the Care is East Memphis Optometry’s referral program designed to reward our current patients for increasing awareness with their family, friends and acquaintances of East Memphis Optometry’s thorough, high quality, professional eye examination using the latest instruments that help in disease detection as well as offering a wide selection of products supporting superior vision. Because you care enough to refer new patients to East Memphis Optometry, we are pleased to reward you with a $20 Reward Certificate each time a referred new patient provides your name on their registration paperwork.

What Are Reward Certificates?

When a new patient provides your name on their registration paperwork, a $20 Reward Certificate will be emailed to you. The rewards are non-transferable and may only be used toward your purchase of a complete pair of eyeglasses (frame and lenses) or sunglasses. The rewards cannot be used toward professional fees including exam charges, retinal photographs, contact lens or contact lens fittings fees. Reward certificates must be redeemed at time of purchase, cannot be used toward prior purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be used when claiming insurance benefits.

How Many Reward Certificates Can Be Earned?

There is no limit on the number of $20 rewards you can earn. The more patients you refer, the more rewards you will receive; however, keep in mind the referred patient must place your name on their paperwork and the rewards expire 6 months from the date of issue.
